I continued working with the shirt this morning. I hot glued the seams rather than sewed them. A tip I picked up from Jon (the Glue Gun Slinger) and his blog - Link
I added the sleeves and ran the puppet through the motions to make sure the fabric would lay right in different positions.
Last thing I tackled was the collar. I like the way its coming out so far.

Looking brilliant! Very nicely done with the shirt. His face just amazes me everytime- so brilliantly made.
So super good. I love how life-like he looks with his arms up and eyes wide. Like being held up in a cartoon.
