Is there something else you can work on besides the cape strap? You seem to be stuck on this part. Can you give it a few days of ignoring it and hopefully come back with new ideas? Sometimes you have to clear your head of a "problem" and look at it later, letting your sub-conscious figure it out. For me, say I'm trying to think of a movie actor but can't. I stop trying, move on to another thought, and then *pop*- it was Ben Stiller. It's amazing what our brains can do.
can't you just sculpt the buckle using super sculpy? just in case you don't know what it is, its an oven bake clay which is brilliant for little props or stuff like the buckle.
Wow! Great video up top, Jeff! I love getting to see all the action move even more than seeing the stills each day!
That practice walk rocks hard. The feet flexing at the instep is such a killer great touch. How come I can't see the tie down holes in the wood?
Here's my nags for the day:
WEAR YOUR SEATBELT even in back country!!!! We need you alive for Tristan and for the film.
NO MORE ALL NIGHTERS!!! Coming from my all nighter history that may sound a joke except it isn't. My recent move nearly did me all the way in and I would have given anything for a moment of physical strength again. All nighters are like hammering huge holes in your water bucket and then hoping there will be a drink later.
So, I haven't gone in blogger in a while, but I remember a while back that you had a kickstarter. I also remember that it, unfortunately, did not reach it's goal. Have you hard of this: IndieGoGo?? It's kickstarter, but you get to keep the money whether or not you reach our goal. I'd totally support you (again)! :)
Sorry if you've done this since I've been on blogger, but, again, haven't been on blogger in a while....
Thanks Rich, I think that’s some great advice. I feel like I’ve finally got it working, but I'll remember that for the future.
Thanks Mark, I do know what sculpey is, I used it to make the faces, and its defiantly and option I’ve considered, but I think I’m going to go a different way this time. (Great advice though)
Thanks Shelley … and your right, I’ll wear my seatbelt from now on. You moved??? I hope Halfland's new home is a comfy one :)
Thanks Caerphilly, I have heard of indy gogo and … 'eventually' I might try something like that. I really want some footage shot before even thinking about it though. Thanks again and I appreciate your previous support, and offer of future support.

Good luck, I know you'll get it just right!
