The hair is now completely done.

Yesterday in the comments Rich mentioned the two screws sticking out of the skull, and hes right those are pretty creepy.

I need those screws so I can move the head around without disrupting the hair. They're also removable, so I can take them out as I shoot each frame.

This morning I spent some time repainted the eyebrows I had made earlier.

I like them, but they came out kind of thick so I’m debating whether or not to completely remake them.

Hey Jeff! Been reading your progress ever since you had it on KS. I was rooting for you!

I was curious if you had planned on animating the eyebrows as well or they will just be static? I don't know much about stopmo but is this the technique that nightmare before christmas used with the half heads?

yay Jeff. I'd like to suggest trimming the existing brows, if possible, before you start them over. I think you've got them right just a bit long past the outside of the brow bone. Girls know these things b/c we shape our brows.

You'll want the man's brows chunkier than a girls, just trimmed down near the bridge of the nose and shortened to the eye orbits.

If you place a straight line from the edge of the nostrils you'll see where a brow should end. like this http://hollysbeautyblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/eyebrowchart11.jpg

Thanks for the questions and the continued support H.P.

I think you nailed it right on the head Shelley. Not sure why I didn't see it ... guess I needed a woman's perspective. Thanks
